The service

TradeSiteHQ designs, builds, hosts and maintains websites for trade businesses on a monthly subscription, including features such as missed-call text-back, callback requests, local SEO pages and review tools. The free homepage preview and free website check are exactly that — free, with no obligation.

The subscription

Billing starts only when you approve your preview and your site goes live. No build fee.
Cancel any month by emailing us — billing stops at the end of the paid period. No exit fees, no notice period.
When you leave, you keep your domain name and your Google reviews. We'll transfer the domain to you and hand over your content on request.
"Unlimited edits" covers reasonable content changes delivered within 2 working days; a full redesign is a new build we'll quote separately.

Fair play, both ways

We'll run your site with reasonable skill and care and aim for excellent uptime through our hosting partners, though no website service can promise 100%. You confirm the content and images you give us are yours to use, and that your business details are accurate. Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect losses; our total liability is capped at the fees you've paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.

The legal bits

These terms are governed by Scots law and the courts of Scotland. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still stands. We may update these terms with reasonable notice; continuing to use the service after notice means you accept the update.
